7.45am, 9.30am, 12pm and 4.00pm ONLY.
- No eating 2-3 hours before class
- Bring a big towel, water and mat (rental mats $2)
Thin sticky yoga mats only, thick foam camping mats
- Dress like you would to a gym, shorts, singlet, no shoes.
- Bring a change of clothes for after
- Be prepared to sweat and work hard
- First timers arrive 15 minutes before class to register
- Classes start on time - no late comers
- Shower facilities available
